ICGCV 2025 - Conference Fellowship
ICGCV 2025 is pleased to announce fellowships for 15 dedicated full-time student participants, including undergraduate (UG) students, postgraduate (PG) students, and PhD research scholars, attending our upcoming conference. This initiative aims to support participants facing financial constraints, enabling them to engage fully in the conference without financial burden.
The fellowship will cover the full conference fees and provide shared accommodation for three nights. A total of 15 fellowships are available, distributed as follows: five for undergraduate (UG) students, five for postgraduate (PG) students, and five for PhD research scholars.
This fellowship is designed to motivate student participants, enhance their academic knowledge, and provide an invaluable opportunity to participate in a vibrant scholarly environment. We encourage all eligible participants to apply and take advantage of this excellent opportunity to expand their academic horizons and network with peers in their fields.
Eligibility criteria for the fellowship
The fellowship is open to full-time students (UG/PG/MPhil/PhD) enrolled in Criminology, Victimology, Criminal Justice, or Law programs. Students in part-time, online, or distance education programs are not eligible.
The student must be under the age of 30.
The fellowship is open to both Indian as well as international student participants.
The student must submit an abstract for the conference. The student can co-author a paper but must be the first author and must present at the conference.
Submission Procedure: The eligible students should submit the following document for the fellowship consideration:
Update Curriculum Vitae.
Abstract as per the guidelines.
Statement of Purpose from the students about their need for financial assistance.
Students must submit a full student status confirmation letter from the Head of the Department (if at a university) or from the Principal (if at a college).
One Letter of Recommendation from a senior faculty or professor in the field of Criminology, Victimology, Criminal Justice and Law.
Each submitted application will undergo a rigorous and extensive review by the awards committee. The winning candidate will be notified before the conference. Equal weightage will be given to all components of the application package, which includes the Curriculum Vitae, the abstract of the proposed presentation, the Statement of Purpose, and a Letter of Recommendation. The eligible students should submit all the required documented to icgcv2025@rgu.ac. Deadline for Submission: 15th May 2025 by 23:59 Indian Standard Time.
