Complimentary On-Campus Stay for Eligible Participants

To make conference participation easy for non-local (residing outside Gujarat) UG/PG student participants from India and international student participants

To make participation as accessible as possible, the ICGCV organising committee has decided to provide accommodation on a sharing basis in hostels free of cost.

Who is eligible

• UG/PG students (India) — Undergraduate and postgraduate students residing outside Gujarat are eligible to apply.

• International students — Students travelling from outside India are welcome to apply for hostel accommodation

• Cost: Free of charge

• Arrangement: Shared rooms

• Location: Parul University campus

• Availability: First-come, first-served

How to Secure Your Spot

1. Register for the conference: Complete your official conference registration first. Accommodation cannot be reserved without a valid registration.

2. Fill in the accommodation request form: Once registered, submit the accommodation request form to indicate your requirements and confirm your eligibility. The form will be available to fill from 1st June onwards.

3. Await confirmation: The committee will confirm your allocation on a first-come, first-served basis. Early submission of the form is strongly recommended.

4. Receive hostel details: Upon confirmation, you will be shared check-in timings, hostel location on campus, and any house rules or requirements.
